How do I check availability and book a lodge?
You can check availability and book directly through our website. Simply select your preferred dates and lodge, and follow the booking process.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is usually due 1 week before your arrival.
Can I change my booking dates after confirmation?
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 3 days before arrival are eligible for a refund, minus the deposit. Cancellations within 2 days may not be refundable. Please check our full cancellation policy for details.
